Charleston’s 66th Annual Festival of Houses and Gardens kicks off in just one month and the Historic Charleston Foundation has invited Historical Concepts’ President and Founder Jim Strickland to give the Spring Lecture in honor of the month long event‘s many volunteers, homeowners and supporters.
